General:
The house should not be used by more persons than stated at booking time, unless otherwise agreed. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Payment policy:
A deposit of 25% secures the rental, the remainder is to be paid 8 weeks before the booking commences. In addition, €200 is paid as a breakage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you at departure (provided nothing was broken!).

Payment is by bank transfer only. For payment details, please use the contact form.

Arrival and Departure:
The house is generally available from 1500 on the day of arrival, and we ask our guests to have the house vacated for cleaning no later than 1000 the day of departure. At times, we may be able to deviate from this, but please inquire first!

Cancellation terms:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
