Accommodation: Can be used by a maximum of 4 adults/children + 1 baby.
Bedrooms: 1 Double Bedroom (200x180cm). Sofa bed (195x140cm) in living room.
Bathroom: 1 bathroom with shower only, en suite.
Kitchen: Cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher.
Other: Barbeque area. Outdoor dining facility. Iron + ironing table. Terrace on first floor. Note, no washing machine.
General: Bed linen, towels, tea towels provided. Guests should bring their own beach/swimming pool towels. Heating (combined gas/electric).
Cleaning: Cleaning once per week. Additional help with household chores is available at extra charge, arranged in advance.
Outside: Outdoor pool 8 x 4m, terraces, garden, BBQ, playground, outdoor football field, petanque, parking, garden furniture. Quiet picknic area close to vineyard.
Activities: Swimming, cycling, walking, bird watching. Fishing, golfing and sailing nearby.
Entertainment: Internet access, PC for guests to use, CD player, satellite TV.
Children: Cot and high chair provided. Playground.
Suitability: House has a few steps. Sorry - no pets allowed; smoking only outdoors.
