General:
The house should not be used by more persons than stated at booking time, unless otherwise agreed. Sorry, no pets or indoor smoking allowed.

What is included:
Bed linen, towels (apart from beach towels) and tea towels provided. Heating, air conditioning, light cleaning and change of towels once/week.

Payment policy:
A deposit of 25% secures the rental, the remainder is to be paid two months before the booking commences. In addition, €200 is paid as a breakage deposit in cash at arrival. This deposit will be returned to you at departure (provided nothing was broken!).

Payment:
Payment is by bank transfer (we recommend SEPA compliant) or, under certain conditions, by PayPal. For payment details, please use the contact form. As a general rule, the sender pays any transfer costs.

Rental contract:
If you wish, we are happy to provide a rental contract.

Arrival and Departure:
The houses are generally available from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and we ask our guests to have the houses vacated for cleaning no later than 10:00 the day of departure. At times, we may be able to deviate from this, but please inquire first!

Cancellation terms:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
Cancellations must be made in writing (incl. email)

Insurance:
We recommend you take cancellation insurance. In the event of you needing to make a claim we will support with any documentation needed.

In the case events beyond our control (natural disaster, civil unrest, etc.) makes the house unavailable, we will refund your rent.

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions.
